The Art of Sensory Perception - The Cure for Covid?

First off there is no cure, well sort of.  Consider that the cure is in your body, that your body knows what it needs to heal, that your immune system is an incredibly intelligent, adaptive, sensitive, powerful community inside.
How can we support the immune system to do its task? How can we get the immune system, our powerful internal army, in tip top shape? We must first ask: What is it that may be dampening our immunity?  From the emotional, to the foods we eat, to the chemicals, heavy metals, the electromagnetic smog, to the ancestral and genetic.
How do we find out what it is we need to heal? To remove those dampeners of immunity?  The way to find out, I believe,  is to interface with our body. To go into it and listen. To look inside for the clues, the answers and the guidance to heal.  This is where we access the intuition,  a place that can show you the remedies and actions you need to do to help heal.  The answers are there, but to access our intuition we have to get the mind out of the way.
Our bodies are  made of the earth. They are composed of billions of elements, chemical compounds, bacteria, viruses, enzymes, minerals and structures all found within our bodies.  Everything in our bodies can be found in the earth. Our bodies have adapted and evolved for thousands and thousands of years on this earth. We have been surrounded by all the plants and animals and elements, and we are as much a part of them as they are of us   All the basic building blocks of life are within us and around us.  Our bodies are of the earth. Spirit We also have a life force within us that animates our bodies.  We might call this Spirit, the Soul, the breath, the non-dual, God, life energy, or whatever you like.  Most would agree that it’s based on love, or that the love in the universe is that infinite energy or God, within us and around us. A Oneness if you will, that is beyond our mental ability to fully understand.

Intuitive access: This interface between spirit and the body we are going to call the intuition. We all have had experience with this, the “ah ha,“ moments, the sixth sense, the hits, the downloads, trusting the gut, the guidance, and the intuitive insights into the nature of reality. Carl Young in his seminal work, man and his symbols, says that, “spirit speaks in symbology” (Young 1968).  We can access the intuition in the “Liminal space” that place between the worlds, between the mental and the spiritual.   That feeling when we just wake up from sleep. The intuition may come in the form of an image in your mind eye, or a smell, a thought, a word, a sound, a feeling, a synchronicity and so on.  Your sensory perception becomes a window into the body. This is an important tool for healing, to be able to feel into the body to perceive what it is that the body needs.  The body/spirit will show you what it needs to heal, but we have to listen, to quiet the mind.

Using the intuition, it’s like building a muscle, as we practice the art of intuitive sensory perception. It’s like a Sherlock Holmes looking for clues and hints inside the body. We all have this ability, some have developed it more, some don’t trust it, and so some have left it behind.   But most of us would say to always trust your gut, and listen to your heart.  Consider building this practice, building this tool, become your own investigator into the nature of illness.  What’s there? What’s under the surface? This does not mean abandon your doctors or healers, it simply means that there is a powerful tool, an adjunct to your healing right  there inside of you, you just have to listen.

Intuitive Meditation:Lie down and get comfortable. Relax the jaw, relax the eyes, relax the ears, relax the back of the neck.  Let the head melt into your heart.  Breath in- counting 4, breathe out counting 6.  Soften.  Feel your feet.  Relax.Think of the things you love.  A pet, a partner, a child, trees, the ocean, mountains etc.  Keep thinking of what you love until you generate the feeling of love.   Take that feeling of love and cradle a painful area in your body, it could be an arm, your brain, or your whole immune system.   Hold that place like a mother would hold her baby.  What’s it saying? What’s it feel like? What’s it look like? What’s the matter? See, Taste, Smell, Hear, Listen with your sensory perception.  What’s the matter? What do you need? Breath, relax and listen.

Immunity. What is Immunity?  Webster’s defines Immunity as the capability of multicellular organisms to resist harmful microorganisms.  And the capacity to recognize and tolerate whatever belongs to the self, and to recognize and reject what is foreign (non-self).  On the Physical level then the immune system is like a protective Army.  This Army has billions of cells, bacteria, viruses, infantry, special forces, generals, captains and  land mines at your service.  It even has spies and rogue traitors.  Sometimes the Army attacks the self.  This is autoimmunity.  Sometimes our armies become weak, or important aspects don’t function correctly. Our physical immune system may be hampered by, genetics, chemicals, radiation, food, pesticides, heavy metals, radiation and so on. If we consider that the immune system also has an energetic component, that may be greatly influenced by negative thinking, self-love, trauma, stress, karma, ancestral trauma and so on. We might say that energetic immunity is love, or being in alignment with love. This self-love also implies there is a protection of self, boundaries a “standing firm against those that would seek to harm thee”.   Consider that self-love may go a long way in building immunity. This does not mean that you won’t ever get sick, it just means it may not last as long.  You may heal quicker because your immune system is working more efficiently.  This may not be the case for you, but it’s important to consider this energetic or emotional aspect of the immune system.Consider that healing here may involve forgiveness and gratitude. Consider that emotional blocks may hamper the flow of energy.   Consider that health is a free flow of energy.  Self-loveWhat does self-love mean to you? Is there anywhere where you don’t want to be here? Don’t like yourself? Don’t like a part of your body?  If you have an unconscious loop going that says “I don’t love myself,”, what’s that saying to your immune system? Why should your powerful army go out and protect you if you don’t even care?  Consider that the simple act of self -love  and self-care, strengthens your immune army. Consider that self-love might mean simply giving yourself the space to be who you are.  Perhaps a place of acceptance. Doing the things you love to do.  Being around the things you know you love. There will be no obligation involved.  Ask yourself how you could be more in alignment with what you love, and do what you love to do.  Consider that being out of alignment with what you love to do, can hinder your immune system.    Sometimes there may be nothing but pain that you sense and that’s okay, but sometimes you may have an image, a thought, a smell, a craving, a word, a clue to healing. Write it down, even if you don’t know what it means. Practice this art again and again.  This is a powerful tool, a way out, maybe even a cure. FireWhat in us is dampening our fire? The very ability of our immune system to overcome, eat, and burn through, or liberate the disease?  What’s keeping our fire, our immune fire, our digestive fire, our inner flame from burning bright and burning out the “enemy?”    Consider the unfelt feelings in the solar plexus may be dampening that fire, unhealthy co-dependent or “parasitic” relationships, the food choices, sugars, undiscovered allergies, mold, toxins, and so on.  How can we build that inner fire?  How can we make stronger our immune army? How can we make our internal digestive “compost” burn out any invader, or at least neutralize it?   Consider things that increase internal fire:  Breath of fire, exercise, love making, work you are passionate about, self-confidence, boundaries,  high fat foods, grasses like wheatgrass,  spices and much more.   Consider that love and fire might be your most important medicines. Immune Support It becomes apparent that increasing love and fire become paramount for immune support.  This becomes the foundation. Keep this as your main focus.  Look for building from the inside first, rather than relying on the external only.  Then we can focus on all the foods, the exercises, the remedies, and external components that support immunity.   For further information on building immunity see my book “Liberating Yourself From Lyme.” Where I go into clear detail on building immunity.  The Mystery Sometimes we don’t heal the way we want to, sometimes we die, sometimes we just can’t do it yet.  Consider accepting this possibility.  Consider letting go and surrendering. Consider becoming the eye of a hurricane. Consider that being grateful for what we do have, and focusing on what’s working and what’s positive, can go a long way, rather than focusing on what’s wrong and becoming a victim.  There is a mystery in the universe, an unknown, rest in that. Trust love always. Vir McCoy June 2021
