    In December of 2020, Vir McCoy contracted Covid-19, which then developed into Post-Acute Sequelae Covid (PASC), commonly known as Long Covid or Long-Haul Covid. Drawing on his journey to heal his chronic Lyme disease years earlier, McCoy began listening to his intuitive and sensory impressions about the nature of Covid and why he had become chronically ill. LONG COVID SIMPLE PROTOCOL – Jan 2023

SCENARIO
 
Long Haul COVID is a disease of vascular and neural inflammation caused by initial viral damage and lingering spike proteins (viral debris) - from Covid or the Vaccine 1, 2   (Patterson et al. 2021, 2022). Lingering spike proteins  can cause an auto or idio antibody response, (immune malfunction), an allergic (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) response, flare up of other bugs (Herpes family, Parasites, Molds, EBV, Lyme etc.). The corresponding inflammation and histamine all leads to various neurological and vascular damage and symptoms as headaches, fatigue, blood clots, hormonal disruption ,mitochondrial imbalances , burning sensations,  Lymphatic congestion,  organ damage, mental instability and many more unusual and strange symptoms.

GOALS
1. Dissolve the spike proteins and/ or block them at receptor sitesImmune modulation
2. Calm down / Modulate the overactive immune system   
3. Limbic reset.  Using  neuroplasticity retraining and dissacociative methods to get out of the PTSD in the brain.

4.  Get gut biome in top shape and heal the gut lining.
5.  Decrease inflammation: put the fire out 
6. Decrease histamine and Mast Cells
7. Eradicate any lingering Covid or other viruses, bacteria, molds and parasites that have flared up. 
8.  Lymphatic drainage and detoxification.
 
DAILY ACTIONS
 
  1. REST.  As much rest and relaxation as you can get.  More than you think you would need. Take a sabbatical.  Listen to calming music or soothing nature sounds often. Lower stress.
 
  1. WATER and DRINKS
  • Drink as much water as you can every day. Good spring water best. 
  • Drink lots of bubbly waters and mineral waters  for carbon dioxide, club soda etc. Non sugar Sodas like Zevia with caffeine (helps headaches). Occasional Coca Cola (see below). CO2 stimulates the vagus nerve.
  • Ice and Cold Water.  Put ice in every drink you make.  Smoothies and Ice Cream.
  • Get in cold water: Rivers, oceans, baths and ice water or cold showers. Ice back of neck and head. For Inflammation.
 
  1. BREATHWORK.  
  • Calming breath: Breathe in through nose at 4 counts, exhale 6 counts in the morning.  Before bed inhale 4 counts, hold 4 counts, exhale 4 counts.  
  • Increase C02 to stimulate the Vagus nerve for calming down with slow exhalations, holding the breath, or breathing into a paper bag for a few minuites
  • Do breath of fire through the nose at least once a day -short quick breaths. This increases alkalinity and oxygen.

  • Wim Hoff, Buteyko and other breathwork modalities.
 
  1. MEDITATIONS.  
  • Get into a quiet space and do some deep breathing. Listen to some gentle water sounds. Imagine a cool crystal deep calm lake with icy mountain peaks around the pool.  Cooling icy calm.  Breathe into the stillness. Bring that coolness in and calm and soften the brain. Imagine the water gently washing, calming and cooling your brain and inflammation. Imagine a gentle stream of water clearing out any debris  through you into the earth.  Imagine a cobalt blue light in your brain continuing a peaceful calming energy. 
  • Lie down and get comfortable. Begin deep breathing. Get into a loving space by thinking about the things you love:  Rivers, oceans, mom, a pet, Jesus, music etc. and generate the feeling of love.  Then with that feeling of love hold the painful areas like a baby.  Pour out all your love to the pain. Look closely with your sensory perception or intuition.  What’s it need? What’s the matter?  Listen for intuitive clues for remedies and body needs. 
  • Get into a quiet space and do some deep breathing.  Think about the things you love, to generate the feeling of love. Now Imagine your army of Immune cells and specifically the cells that have gone rogue or confused (monocytes).  Imagine Holding them like little babies, send them love, sing them lullabies and instruct them to calm down and relax and stop the attack, that everything is O.K now.  With a loving feeling ask them and show them to completely and thoroughly digest the spike proteins and flush them out of the body.  Deep breaths.  Thank your immune army for doing its job. 
  • Get into a quiet space and think about the things you love, to generate the feeling of love.  Tap in to that part of yourself that is not sick, the part of you that is far greater than any virus or bacteria.   Now take your love and send love to the spike proteins or corona virus. Hold it like a baby and pour out your love.  See your love melting the disease.  Imagine any leftover proteins dissolving in golden light and being digested.  Imagine a cobalt blue cooling everything off.

  1. FASTING
Fasting increases autophagy 
  • Intermittent fasting (eating between 1pm and 6 or from 9am to 3pm)
  • Longer fasts: Try 24 ,48, 72 hour or longer water fasts or a day of dry fasting (with supervision)
 
  1. EXERCISE.
Do gentle exercises only. Nothing too strenuous at first (Don’t break a sweat). Cardiovascular exercise can exacerbate symptoms and trigger inflammation 25.  Try walking, Yoga, Headstands (Get blood in brain), bouncing on a trampoline (for lymph), Lift weights (more space between sets).  Chi Kung, Tai Chi.   Try Cryo and sauna sweat alternates.  You can try running later or “titrate” up exercise to your threshold.
 
  1. OTHER important lifestyle changes:
 
  • Get Lymphatic massage once a week
  • Cultivate positive mental discipline, focus
  • Create healthy belief statements.  “I am powerful beyond measure” ,”  I am the powerful presence of love at all times, burning all disease in my body”
  • Neuroplasticity Retraining Programs (I did Gupta)
  • Cultivate Gratitude, Forgiveness, Offerings to the Earth
  • Stay anchored in love. Melt the disease in love 
  • Get a fire in your belly going to burn out disease.  Become a warrior.  
  • Take the power back. Don’t give your power away to COVID.  Don’t obsess on it.  Watch out for victim mentality
  • Prayer and asking for help.
  • Find a good Integrative or Functional Medicine Doctor or Doctor of Chinese Medicine and/ or a good herbalist or homeopath
·      Detox: Sauna for sweat and Lymphatic movement
·      Less screen time and Electromagnetic pollution (EMF)
·      Remove and treat for mold
·      Develop your medical intuition.
·      Do what you love
 
 
  1. LOW INFLAMMATION / ANTIHISTAMINE / KETOGENIC DIET
 
  • Typically an overload of histamine from Mast cells occurs, and you may begin reacting to certain foods and medicines.   A low histamine diet becomes very important as does a ketogenic diet, to increase ketosis and burning of fats (where the spike proteins like to hide)
  •  In general abstain from sugars, gluten, ferments, smoked meats (sardines, salmon, salami), nightshades, alcohol (see below), citrus and chocolate.  You will need to see what foods specifically effect you.  Make a food diary.   Here’s a list of histamine foods to start: https://www.histamineintolerance.org.uk/about/the-food-diary/the-food-list/
  • MAST cell activation syndrome is activated by molds that have flared up.
 
MOST IMPORTANT FOODS TO EAT  (This was for my body, yours may react different- Be careful of histamine reactions.  See website www.mastcell360.com
 
 
  1. Oils-(Hot oils best) Omega 3 and 6 , Fish Oil  (EPA) 26,  Krill oil, MCT oil, Flaxseed oil, Evening Primrose, Olive oil, Black Currant Oil, Black Cumin Seed Oil, Walnut oil, Mustard oil, Canola oil, Avocado oil
  2. Fats (Hot and Fresh best): Butter (Ghee), Coconut oil, Pork fat (Organic) , Coconut oil, Cacao butter.
  3. Raw Milk/ Colostrum 27 (Try goat) D2 Milk. Ice Cream.
  4. Bone broth,collagen, chicken cartilage (Get Fresh – watch for histamine)
  5. Fruits: Blueberries, Blackberries,  Pomegranate, Grapes, Watermelon, Cantaloupe. 
  6. Nuts: Avoid except raw pecans, walnuts and brazil nuts (experiment) 
  7. Veggies: Onion, Garlic, Broccoli,  Greens, Avocado (fresh), Beets, Carrots, peas, celery, kale, cabbage, chard. 
  8. Oats
  9. Condiments and Spices: Mayonnaise, Mustard, Coffee (try half or a quarter cup), ginger, turmeric, cayenne, horseradish, black pepper, onions, cumin, honey, spearmint and mint.  
  10. NON Smoked Meats: Fresh or fresh frozen Fish, Chicken, Turkey, Buffalo.
 
MEDICINES
 
Don’t get lost in the process, focus on the medicines. Trust your gut.  Look for Synergy, Alchemy and Rotate.  I did no more than 5 meds a day and 3 at a time.  The Following was all intuited and most helpful for my body:
       You will need Supplements and medicines from each category, these were my favorites: 
 
  1. IMMUNO-MODULATION 
  • Milk/Colostrum / IGG / Lactoferrin.
  •  IVIG (Requires prescription)
  • Medicinal Mushrooms: – Reishi, Turkey Tail, Agarikon. These “smarten the immune system”
  • Microdose:  Psilosibin, LSD, San Pedro. 
  • Kambo (3 sessions)- South American Tree Frog loaded with Peptides (Qualified practitioner only)
  • Adaptogenic Herbs like Ashwaganda, Lobelia, and Broomrape (Orobanche).
  • Pharmacueticals to try: Low Dose Naltrexone, Fluvoxamine.   -  These calm down the immune system.  See FLCCC website
 
 A. SPIKE PROTIEN DISSOLVERS and BLOCKERS (Pick 1) Most Important.   These all Break down spike proteins, old cells and wash lymphatic / viral trash
  1. Detergents
Chlorine Dioxide OR Sodium Chloride (Salt) OR Sodium Hydroxide (Lye water) Take only a few drops at a time96.
  1. Saponins
Agave leaf tincture, (Steroidal Saponins), Licorice, Horse Chestnut and others. Take only a few drops at a time
  1. Proteolytic/ digestive enzymes: Protease, Pepsin, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin etc. 98.  Break down protiens
  2. Alcohol (breaks down proteins) 99.  Experiment with this without histamine reaction, Try 2 drinks a week.  Mescal and Wine or Champagne
  3. Turpentine  100 (Just a few drops in water)
  4. Homeopathic:  Graphite , Petroleum , Silica, China.  All 30C   rotate one a week. 
  5. Aminoglycoside antibiotics like paramomycin.  104.7
  6. Receptor Blockers (Ace2, CCR5, Fraktalkine) Pharmaceuticals.  These “Block” the spike protiens and cells from receptor sites. See FLCCC website
  • Ivermectin (See FLCCC) Dosage varies, I do 15 mg 2x a week or more (Under doctor supervision)- blocks spike proteins from ACE 2 receptors 
  • Maroviroc (CCR5 Antagonist)  See FLCCC
  • Statins (Fraktalkine Antagonist)  See FLCCC
  • Many other herbs block CCR5 as researched for HIV (see expanded protocol)
 B.  ANTIINFLAMMATORIES (Pick 1-2)
  • CBD oil 
  • Chuchuasi (1-4 drops a day)
  • Oils: Cod Liver, Omega 3, Avocado oil, Black Seed Oil, Sea Buckthorn Oil
  • Fresh Tumeric (finger)
  • Resveretrol (1000 mg a day)
  • Melatonin 8 g at night
  • Peptides (NAD, MOTC).  Requires injection or practitioner
  • Prednisone (See FLCCC website)
 C. ANTIHISTAMINES (Pick 1-2)
  • Quercitin, Nettles, Bromelain (watch for histamine reactions)
  • Homeopathics: Glonium, Ignis, Ergot, Apis, Histaminum
  • Baking Soda ½ teaspoon 3x a day
  • H1 and H2  Over the counter Antihistamines (Pepcid, Xytec, Zyzal, Claritin etc.  Mix and match H1 and H2
  • Herbs like Skullcap and Panax Ginseng– Brain Blend See below. Great Antihistamine
  • Perilla
  • Vitamin C (or I.V)
  • Mast Cell Stabilizers like Ketotifin and Cromyln Sodium (Require Prescription)
  • DOA before meals – See below
 D. ANTI-MICROBIALS (Pick 1-2)
  • Hydroxychloroquine or Quinine
  • Colloidal Silver
  • Salt
  • Hydrogen Peroxide (Nebulize 12% food grade only)
  • Anti-parasitics: Apricot Kernels, Figs,  Albendazole, Ivermectin, Mebendazole, Febendazole
  • Garlic  2 cloves 3x a day
  • IV Ozone with qualified practitioner
  • Nicotiana or Tobacco tincture.  Small amounts only
  • Mold – Something with Zeolites, Chlorella, Charcoal, Nicotiana Tincture, Agave leaf tincture, Colloidial Silver
 E.  GUT HEALTH.  
  1. Probiotics - Get a good low histamine probiotic with Bifidobacterium (Also in Kefir, Buttermilk and more), Homeostatitic soil organisms.  Baccillis subtilis
  2. Enzyme blend with the following: Amylase, Serratopeptidase, Lumbrokinase, Protease, Pepsin, trypsin, Alpha galactosidase.
  3. Try Diamine Oxidase (DOA) before food to slow histamine response 25,
  4. Gut Help –, Fulvic acid, Licorice, Aloe Vera, Glutamine
  5. Practice Nauli or churning the gut stimulating “fire,” and the immune system. 
  6. Work with any underlying emotional issues stuck in the gut. 
  7. Increase digestive fire and brain health by eating high fats and grasses like wheatgrass.  
  8. Remove gluten and grains and other immune dampening foods. Eat a modified Ketogenic diet (See above)
  9. Kill bad gut bugs with Amoxicillin, Clindamycin, Aspirin and Coca Cola
 
 F.  CELL HEALTH / MITOCHONDRIA / ANTIOXIDANTS  (Pick 1-2)
  • NAD – Peptides or suppository
  • NAC (Nerves, Spikes)
  • Phosphatidal Choline (Brain)
  • Niacin or Niagen

  • Get a good Electrolyte Blend

  • Potassium, Zinc , Magnesium, Phosphorus, Copper, Selenium, Potassium and Iron (Have Iron levels checked)
  • Vitamin A, B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B8,B9,B12, C (Iv as well), D (Have levels checked) and E
 H. Lymphatic / Detox – Once a week

Sodium Pentathol / Ketamine –  Sedatives 
Ayahuasca, Iboga, 5MEO (DMT)  Check for Legality, only with qualified practitioner and mentally stable
  • Homeopathics Try 200 C then 30 C : Ars alb, Calc Carb, Bryonia,, Latrodectus, Agave, Aurum arsenicosum.   Homeopathic China, Petroleum, Silica and Graphites are very important for spike protiens.
  • Parasites:  Apricot Kernel suppositories, Figs, Albendazole, mebendazole, Ivermectin etc.
  • Headaches:  Lithium Ororate, Advil, Aspirin, Baking Soda, Ice  Homeopathic Belladonna, Iris
  • Blood Sugar Lower:  Opuntia (Nopales),  Ocotillo,  Chromium picolinate,  Metformin (Prescription)
  • Brain Blend Tincture: Skullcap, Oats, Rosemary, Gotu Cola, American Ginseng, Peppermint, Bacopa
  • Teas:  Calendula, Chamomile, Mint, Licorice

  • Try Chinese Medicine
 
MY TOP MEDICINES and DOSAGES: 
 
As a rule of thumb I didn’t  take more than three medicines at a time and limit to 5 different ones a day. Buy a Vicks Steam inhaler or similar at Rite aid and use it like a nebulizer. 
 Look for synergy, alchemy and rotate the medicines. Take breaks.
The following supplements I found most important for my body:  
 
DAILY
 
·      Reishi and Turkey Tail mushroom powders.  Fruiting body.  1 scoop of each 2 times a day in hot water.  
·      Colostrum or Lactoferrin with IGG.  Up to 2 grams of IGG a day.  Can mix with mushrooms. 
·      Oils.  Hot best.  Omega 3, sea buckthorn, black currant oil, black seed oil, avocado oil, fats 
·      Water.  carbonated ice water.  As much as you can a day.  Take cold showers, cold plunges and ice neck before bed.  
·      Antihistamines-  Quercitin, vitamin C (also IV) Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon 3x a day),  Pepcid and Claritin 1 each at bedtime.  
·      Resveretrol or Japanese knotweed.  1000mg a day divided in 2 doses.  Antioxidant, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial 
·      Antimocrobials: Colloidal Silver and / or Garlic and or Salt. 1/2 teaspoon 2x a day.  IV ozone 10 sessions.  Quinine. Propolis
·      Spike protein remedies.  Homeopathic Silacea, Petroleum, China and Graphites. Take 30 C daily  for  1 week each and Rotate.  Agave Leaf Tincture and Licorice tincture blend.  5-1- drops 2x a day. Chlorine dioxide see above
·      Microdosing Psychedelics.   2 days on 1 off.    San Pedro, Psilocybin, LSD. 
·      Vitamins and minerals (Especially All B vitamins,  Copper, Zinc, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Iron (Check levels)
·      Electrolyte blends.  Amino acids
·      Peptides most helpful -  NAD  , TA-1, MOTC,  Hecogenin - extract from Agave), Glutathione - use  Nebulizer
 
 
 OTHER MEDICINES THAT HELPED ME / AS NEEDED  You will need to find what works for you.  I tried everything. 
. ·      Chlorine dioxide.   Start with 6 drops a day for 3 days.  Then increase to 10 drops for three days then increase again 4 drops and on. Up to a max of 24 drops.  Back of off if too much.   
·      Kambo ceremony-  This was major for me and I felt done afterwards.   Its loaded with peptides and is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. Do 3 sessions.  
·      I tried FLCCC protocols of Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine , Prednisone, Low Dose Naltrexone, Fluvoxamine. Rotate and Try.   Fluvoxamine was most helpful for me. - Fluvoxamine  12.5 mg (SSRI- careful with interactions like St Johns wort). Ivermectin was also very helpful (See FLCCC protocol)
·      Hyperbaric oxygen
·      Dissacociative and ceremonial medicines.  Ketamine was helpful with a psychiatrist-  3 sessions., Ayahuasca was helpful, DMT was helpful (With qualified practitioner only!)
·      Lymph pump.  Jump, run, massage, effleurage. 
·      Brain Support Herbs  Blend- of Skullcap, oats, Gotu cola,  American ginseng, Ginko biloba, Mint, Rosemary and Passion flower
·      Serotonin help: Fluvoxamine, St Johns wort,  5HTP, Phospatidal Serine,  L Tryptophan
·      Essential oils: Rosemary, Boswelia (Frankincense), Peppermint, Terpenes, Try Steam inhalation
·      Other Anti-inflammatories - Curcumin (Turmeric), Mango Leaf, Peppermint, Monolaurin, Nicotiana, Cinnamon, Boswelia, Black pepper, 
·      Immunomodulators: Ashwaganda, Shulajit, Medicinal mushrooms
·      I.V. Ozone, I.V. vitamin therapies like C and Riboflavin, I.V. Phosphatidyl Choline
·      Vaccine (reintroduction of spikes can help jumpstart immune system) Try a protein subunit vaccine
·      Work with Kundalini/ Fire energy and practices that circulate energy like Chi Gong.
·      Lower Glucose with Opuntia,  Metformin, Chromium picolinate, cinnamon, Apple cider Vinegar
·      Bee Venom - Antihistamine, antiviral
 
MY BLENDS
  • Salt/ Baking Soda Blend  - ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of Baking soda, 2000mg Vitamin C
  • Immune Milk: 1 Scoop each: Turkey Tail and Rieshi  mushroom powder in Hot water,  2 scoops colostrum, 
1 small finger turmeric, honey, cacao butter or Ghee, 1 cup Raw Milk.  Option: Small 1/3 cup of Cofee.   Blend in blender.
 
Notes:
 
Simplify your protocol.  A hodgepodge of pills may work against you.
Everyone is different, find what works for your body - build your intuition and gut sense.
Be very careful with some combinations especially SSRIs - do your research
Some meds and foods will cause a histamine reaction.  Keep a food and medicine diary
If you can combine things it is helpful.  Make your own medicines,  like Apple and Onion to make quercetin.
